The 2024 Southern Championships Schedule

General Timeline:

7:30am - Doors Open

7:50am - Line up for Beginner A & B Soft shoe dances

8:00am - Beginner A, Beginner B solos and Award

10:00am - AWARD CEREMONY ON STAGE - Beginner A Award, Beginner B Award

10:30am - Beginner B & Intermediate Premierships (dancers should be ready to dance as early as 10am)

11:30am - Tir Na Nog/First Feis (dancers should be ready to dance as early as 11am)

12:00pm - Intermediate Solos (dancers should be ready to dance as early as 11:30am)

2:45pm - AWARD CEREMONY ON STAGE - Intermediate Award

3:15pm - Prelim (dancers should be ready to dance as early as 2:45pm)

4:15pm - Champion Premiership (dancers should be ready to dance as early as 3:45pm)

4:45pm - AWARD CEREMONY ON STAGE - Prelim

5:15pm - Open Champion Solos (dancers should be ready to dance as early as 4:45pm)

6:45pm - Open Champion Event (dancers should be ready to dance as early as 6:15pm)

8:45pm - AWARD CEREMONY ON STAGE - Open Champion

*Southern Championships can run early. Please plan accordingly as no competitions will be held for late dancers if the competition is ready to start early at the early time listed above.

**Southern Championships reserves the right to change the order of dances from what is listed above. We will communicate to all on site in the event that this happens

***Still photography is only permitted during Tir Na Nog and Award Ceremonies on stage. Pictures of dancers on stage during competitions is not allowed. Video recording is strictly prohibited within the auditorium.
